    to support, me

Dear Messrs. Andreas Luecke and Daniel Dibbert

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Walter Mercuur and I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my recent experience with Odax Trading Company.

As a South African citizen, I was introduced to Odax Trading Company by a friend who spoke highly of the investment opportunities provided by your esteemed firm. Following his recommendation, I was put in contact with one of your employees, Ms. Glenda, who guided me through the investment process.

Ms. Glenda outlined a promising investment plan wherein profits would be generated through trading activities over a period of 10 hours. I was assured that upon the completion of this trading period, 90% of the profits would be directly deposited into my bank account. Encouraged by this opportunity, I proceeded to open an account with your company and deposited the required amount of R5000 into a Capitec Banking account on April 5th.

To my initial delight, on April 6th, I was informed by the assigned trader that a profit of $6152 had been generated and would soon be transferred to my bank account. Eagerly anticipating this transfer, I promptly provided my banking details as instructed.

However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when Ms. Glenda notified me of an unexpected withdrawal fee of R38,500, referred to as the cost of transfer (COT), to facilitate the deposit of my profits. Reluctantly, I paid this amount, trusting in the integrity of your company.

Unfortunately, this payment did not result in the expected transfer of profits. Instead, I was informed that to access my accrued profits, amounting to $51445.00, an account upgrade fee of R185,000 was required. As a 72-year-old pensioner, I expressed my inability to meet this exorbitant demand, pleading for a reasonable resolution.

After prolonged negotiations, a compromise was reached, and I borrowed R22,000 to cover the upgrade fee, with the understanding that there would be no further costs involved. Regrettably, this agreement was short-lived, as I have now been informed of an additional payment demand of R30,000 to receive my profits.

This situation has left me utterly devastated. As a pensioner, I entrusted my life savings of R65500 ($34440.56) USD into what I believed to be a legitimate investment opportunity, only to find myself facing mounting financial burdens and uncertainty. The prospect of being unable to meet my ongoing expenses is deeply distressing, and I implore you to urgently intervene in this matter.

Enclosed with this email, I have included WhatsApp correspondence between myself and Ms. Glenda, providing further context and insight into the unfolding events. I earnestly request a thorough investigation into this issue and a swift resolution to ensure that justice is served and my losses are mitigated.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I eagerly await your prompt response and assistance in rectifying this distressing situation. I will be satisfied with a full reimbursement of the money Ive paid amounting to R65,500 ($3440.46)USD, my banking details are attached.
